Students in Dr. John Niedzwiecki's Animal Behavior class developed research projects based on behaviors they observed from animals at the zoo. The students also presented their research findings to the zoo keepers responsible for the animals they studied.Environmental Science
Today's environmental issues demand active and integrated approaches to learning, discovery, and investigation in order to arrive at realistic solutions. Since environmental issues encompass a variety of topics in the sciences and social sciences, the structure of the Environmental Science program provides students with a broad set of knowledge and skills. The program currently offers a major (B.S.) and a minor.
