How long have you worked at Belmont University?  What attracted you to your job at Belmont? 

I have been employed at Belmont for 16 years.  Belmont has always had a good reputation. Wanting to be a part of what Belmont stands for was a big factor for me.  Belmont has had a tremendous affect on my growth as a person and a professional.

What is the campus community like for staff working at Belmont?

 Overall, I feel that the campus community is one of sharing.  My colleagues and I may be in different departments and providing different services, but we are still on the same team. Our goal is to provide the best service possible for our Belmont students and parents.  There are times we must work together for the benefit of the student and the university and I have never felt a sense of resistance.

What would you say to someone who is considering working at Belmont University?

Belmont is nothing like what you have heard…it is more.  From the students to the faculty and staff, everyone embraces the Belmont culture and adds their talents to what we have created here.  Belmont is going places and they definitely want to be along for the ride.
