  • Free or reduced tution for your and your family: We offer free or reduced tuition to yourself, spouse and children for classes taken at Belmont. Belmont is also Member of the Tuition Exchange program along with over 600+ institutions providing average $24,000 annual scholarships for staff dependents.
  • Develop yourself and your career: Belmont offers a wide variety of professional development opportunities for individuals and supervisors including online and classroom training, a sack lunch series and software training.  Belmont encourages all employees to grow in their careers and encourages feedback from staff for new offerings.

  • Ride to work for free: Since 2005, Belmont has offered free transportation to and from campus thanks to a partnership with Nashville’s Metropolitan Transit Authority (MTA).  This includes MTA buses and the Music City Star rail system. 

  • Flexible time off: Staff accrue 10 days vacation plus a week off at Christmas during the first year of employment.  Staff can also receive 5 paid days off to use in leading a Belmont mission trip with their supervisor's prior approval.
