What brought you to Belmont?
I had a wonderful opportunity to lead a musically diverse choral area within the School of Music, incomparable to many other fine schools within the United States. The door to Belmont opened, and I simply stepped through with faith and a vision for its future.
What’s it like to live and work in Nashville?
Nashville has such a culturally diverse population. It’s easy to experience other cultures and ethnicities through sponsored events within the city.
What would you say to someone considering
joining the
Belmont faculty?
Belmont is a nice place to work. I feel my steps were ordered, therefore, I knew Belmont would be the place for me to grow and flourish. I consistently receive the support I need to be successful in the classroom and on the performing stage.
