Taking Care of Business – Explore how taking care of others is the heart of taking care of business at Belmont. The class is the second of two specially designed for new employees. It focuses on three of the five core competencies of Belmont staff. You will discuss different characteristics of customer orientation and collaboration, apply the concepts to your workplace personally and for your workgroup. The workshop is infused with the core competency diversity for insightful discussion and application.
