Topics covered include Leadership, Management, and Followership, Project Management and Delegation, Managing Performance, Having Difficult Discussions, and Ethical Dilemmas for Managers.

The "Shots Fired on Campus" DVD and discussion are designed for faculty, staff, and students to learn to take direct responsibility for their personal safety and security. We will learn and discuss how, with the proper mindset and the necessary tools, to be better equipped to react with purpose and to maximize our chances of survival if involved in an active shooter situation. This workshop was designed by the Center for Personal Protection and Safety. In addition, separate student convocation sessions are offered this semester that focus on this material.
