Human Resources

The Office of Human Resources offers a monthly Q and A session entitled the HR Forum.  The purpose is to:

◦       give information on specific HR policies where we have frequent questions

◦       provide a venue for Q and A about current policies

◦       offer a setting for suggestions about other HR topics of interest (but please speak to one of us later in the HR Office if you have complaints or a personal issue)

◦       primarily inform about staff policies, but all staff and faculty are welcome to join us

Surveys and focus group data indicated that faculty and staff want more two-way communication and the forum format is intended to help address that need.  Feel free to attend any or all of the forums.  There is no need to sign up in advance.
