Supervisor - Setting Goals and Special Projects (for the next annual evaluation)
If future goals were not entered during the prior online evaluation process, the supervisor may create a form that will feed goals and special projects into the next evaluation. 
We have added the ability for employee to edit or add goals.

Employee - Setting Goals and Special Projects (for the next annual evaluation) NEW!
After the supervisor launches the form, the employee may edit or add goals.  The supervisor will have final approval rights.

Supervisor - Update of Job Description (this is a process change)
Be aware that there is a change in Updating Job Descriptions.  Please do not update the job description directly within the PeopleAdmin system at this time.  Instead, the supervisor should send suggested and marked updates to the employee's job desciption in a Word document to the Office of Human Resources.  After the job description has been approved by HR, it will be updated in PeopleAdmin by HR.  The deadline for change requests is February 1, 2013.  The updated job description will automatically feed into the next evaluation.
