Why do I like working at Belmont University?
There are many reasons why Belmont University is a favorable place to be employed. Positive aspects, from location, to the relatively small size of the school, to the strong academic standards all have an effect on our work place. However, I feel that the key element to the work environment at Belmont University revolves around the interpersonal relationships of the staff and faculty. We are all here to facilitate learning.
The ability of the departments to work together, showing flexibility and forethought, help us all to work towards our goals, both institutional and individual. It is not one faction against another, but rather a University's many parts assisting each other. This fosters a healthy, productive and enjoyable working environment. Because the departments work well together and get along well it helps to strengthen the sense of community. The Belmont Community, our community, where we have a positive effect on our world.
