Project LEAD: Leadership Studies


Project LEAD prepares you for a career that demands skills in organizational leadership and social advocacy.  As you progress through the LEAD program, you will work as part of a 4-5 member team in developing the knowledge and skills needed to become a professional leader, including:  understanding systems thinking, planning, and organizational structure and change; as well as skills in team building, communication, character building, ethics, and creativity.  You and your team will plan and complete a major community project and will report outcomes to community and university audiences in written documents and public presentations.
