The Belmont Oral History Project

The Belmont Oral History Project seeks to capture campus memories and to tell the story of Belmont University.

This unique program offers students hands-on experience in the research and writing of history. Over time, the Department of History will compile an extensive archive of interviews that will serve as a foundation of historical source material related to Belmont's past. Our hope is to build stronger relationships with the community, to foster an appreciation for history on campus, and to provide students with a meaningful research experience.
