Reserving Space, Equipment or Supplies
Equipment Checkout and Lab Reservation Form
Requests will automatically be forwarded to appropriate individuals scheduling the labs. All requests MUST come 5 days in advance.
There may be a charge for disposable items. Students in the School of Nursing should have this covered under their lab fees. Other departments may incur a cost for these in order to keep a manageable budget. Unreturned durable equipment will be billed to the department using the equipment.
