Graduation Tickets

General admission tickets are required for guests to attend a May 2020 graduation ceremony.

Details about graduation ticket reservations and distribution will be emailed to degree candidates in late January. Periodically during the semester additional information about commencement tickets and how degree candidates may claim their allotment of tickets will be sent to candidates' Belmont email accounts.

Each degree candidate may request up to 6 tickets for his or her respective ceremony. Tickets are free of charge. Children, ages two and under, do not require a ticket if they are sitting on the lap of an adult. The selling of commencement tickets is strictly prohibited. Degree candidates will receive news and updates regarding commencement tickets throughout the spring semester to their Belmont University email address.

Seating is general admission with the exception of areas specifically designated for graduating students, faculty, and guests requiring special seating accommodations due to physical disabilities. (Please click HERE for more information about making a special service request).

Degree candidates who order tickets online before the deadline may pick up their tickets the week of April 27th at the Curb Event Center Box Office. Belmont ID is required for pick-up.

If additional tickets become available, an announcement will be sent to degree candidates' Belmont email in late April.

For those without tickets, the ceremonies will be live-streamed in the Johnson Theater located in the R. Milton and Denice Johnson Center on campus. The commencement ceremonies will also be available to view live on the Belmont home page.

Note: The Baccalaureate Student Reflection and Celebration Service on Friday, May 1, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. is NOT a ticketed event.
