Belmont FitFest


FitFest II will take place on Tuesday, September 19th!

Many people have goals to workout and get in better shape but do not know where to begin.  Weight rooms can be intimidating if you are unsure of what to do with the machines and equipment provided.  If this describes you, then the Belmont FitFest is the perfect event!  Join FitRec for a night of fun, fitness, and fellowship to learn how to use each piece of equipment in the weight room and meet your fitness needs from our trainers and instructors. 

Belmont FitFest II will feature Mike Krajewski (pictured to the right) as the keynote speaker and he will be discussing the importance of a balanced workout program as well as how to design one for yourself.  After speaking, Mike K will lead participants in a dynamic group warm-up to get ready for the fitness workshops.

A little about Mike (from

Mike Krajewski is a Canadian born, Nashville based personal trainer/strength and conditioning coach whose clients include professional athletes and everyday people.  Mike's philosophy is to create an individualized program which will reflect each clients unique  needs and capabilities.  

Mike maintains a strict standard of the highest quality technique strength and conditioning protocol.  Following these rigorous practices he ensures effective, efficient and most importantly safe execution of his strength and conditioning programs.  

Mike's dedication and commitment to excellence within the continuously evolving field of strength training has afforded him the opportunity to work with clients of every demographic, including athletes who play at the very top of their sport.  Which include a roster of elite athletic clients (Pekka Rinne, Marc Mariani, and Kevin Klein etc.)

The Belmont FitFest I line-up includes 40 minute sessions covering the following equipment and workouts:

The first 100 students that complete the following will earn a Belmont FitFest t-shirt:

  • Mike Krajewski Convocation and warm-up

  • Attend 3 equipment or nutrition workshops

1. Follow the link to connect you to the online portal, FitRec Connect 
2. Select “Sign In” & Choose “Use My Local Account” if you do not have a BUID. Select “CAS” for all other users and follow prompts.
3. If selected “Use My Local Account” this will prompt you to use “Already Have An Account? Your username will be “first.last” For example, susie.jean and your password will be 1900Belmont & after you login, it will prompt you to create a password of your own!
4. Once you are logged in, choose “Register” in the top left corner
5. All available classes & programs will appear under “All Courses”.  Once the desired class is selected, add it to your cart.
6. Proceed to check out & your name will automatically be registered for the program!
