- Beaman Student Life Center - Houses all aspects of student life, recreation, and student services. Includes a fitness center, practice gymnasium, dance studio, and rock climbing wall.
- Belmont Mansion and Bell Tower Restoration
- Curb Event Center - 5,000 seat event center for Commencement, athletic and special events with an attached parking garage.
- Gordon E. Inman Center - State-of-the-art facility that houses the School of Nursing and the occupational therapy, physical therapy, and social work programs all under one roof. Also includes a conference center and underground parking garage.
- Jack C. Massey Financial Information Center - Live trading room that allows students participating in classes and financial trading exercises to monitor the stock market and other financial data.
- Kennedy Hall - Houses approximately 200 students in suite-style rooms.
- Leu Center for the Visual Arts - Houses traditional studio spaces for the study of painting, sculpture, drawing, photography, and computer graphics, in addition to exhibition space.
- Maddox Grand Atrium - Grand atrium that welcomes guests to the Curb Event Center and serves as a large reception space.
- Massey Performing Arts Center Renovation
- Theatre Complex - 350 seat facility for learning and public performances in theatre, dance, and musical theatre.
- Thrailkill Hall - Houses approximately 322 students and includes an underground parking garage.
