What is CEC? It's the Curb Event Center

Which HOTELS are near the CEC? As you search, know that we are only a couple miles south of downtown Nashville. We are part (and on the campus) of Belmont University. There are partner hotels the university does business with and you can find a listing of them here. Some of them have free shuttle service so be sure to inquire about it!

Where can I get food to eat? The Curb Event Center concession stands open just after the doors for most events. The Curb Cafe, located on the ground floor of the Curb Event Center, offers a variety of choices in a restaurant setting as well as Starbucks Coffee. Plus, there are neighborhood restaurants across Belmont Blvd within walking distance.

Where's the ATM? The ATM is located outside, adjacent to the exit of the west Rotunda on the side of the bookstore building.

When do doors open? The doors normally open one hour before the event begins.

What do I do if I lose my tickets? You need to report your tickets lost as soon as you know. If you purchased your tickets online through Ticketmaster, you must obtain the account number or confirmation number and bring it with you to the box office so that we can determine what may have happened to your tickets. If you purchased your tickets through our box office, you must retain a copy of the original receipt or know the date purchased and bring it with you in order for us to to print a replacement ticket.

Do I have to buy a ticket for my child? For Belmont University Basketball games, children age 6 and under are free. Ticket pricing for children for all events varies but a general rule of thumb is that you may hold them in your lap if they are young enough (under 2 years of age). Contact the box office for further information.

Can I get a refund on my ticket? We will refund on a case by case basis until 15 minutes before the event has begun. Remember, you must return to the place where you purchased tickets for any refund.

How much is parking? Parking is offered free of charge.

Where can I park? Parking is available in the parking garage adjacent to the Curb Event Center or any parking lot located on Belmont's campus. Parking is prohibited in front of the houses surrounding the campus - be aware that your vehicle is subject to towing. RVs are encouraged to use the parking area behind Belmont Heights Church and must display a visitor parking pass from the Safety and Security office on the dashboard.

Can I bring in a camera?  Most concerts do not allow cameras but we do allow them for sporting events and graduations.  Our clients have the right to change this policy on a show by show basis.

What about handicap parking? There are several spaces inside the garage designated for vehicles with a decal. Also for vans that won't fit inside the 7' clearance garage, spaces outside and across the knoll from the east rotunda are available or can be reserved with an advance phone call to our office.

What about wheelchair accessible seating? We offer accessible seating on both levels of the arena. If you attend a show that is not ticketed, then please ask an usher for assistance.
