Corporate Leadership Development Program
Are you interested in cultivating leaders in your organization? Increasing the knowledge and skills of key employees becomes vital to an organization's stability and survival. The Corporate Leadership Development Program at Belmont University has provided an opportunity to help achieve this goal for companies in Middle Tennessee.
This program is designed to develop the high potential prospective leaders in organizations. Over a nine to twelve month period participants will meet monthly for structured learning, to develop relationships with participants from other Middle Tennessee companies, and to increase their depth of understanding of their roles as leaders in their organizations.
Our target audience is middle to upper managers. The program is comprised of a combination of a proven core curriculum as well as elective courses selected by the participants. The class size is limited to 20 people to maximize individual attention and participation. Participants will receive CEU credit and be awarded a leadership certificate at a graduation luncheon upon completion of the program.
