The Master of Music in Music Education is an opportunity for students to further their education in both artistic musicianship and advanced study of music teaching and learning. The curriculum also provides opportunities for advanced work in conducting, applied study, and development of foundational research skills. Graduates of this program often seek to advanced studies in many of the nation’s leading doctoral programs or begin teaching at a primary or secondary education institution.
