| Traffic, Parking and Pedestrian Planning Belmont will provide adequate on campus parking for its students, faculty, and staff; develop patterns of vehicular circulation that minimize impact on surrounding neighborhoods, and encourage pedestrian use of campus by pursuing the development of well designed walkways and green spaces. |
