College can be a fantastic time for growth and development in students of all ages. With so many novel experiences to partake in, students should be sure to prioritize their health and wellness in a variety of ways so that they can remain a vibrant part of our campus community. Though not the only dimensions of wellness that students should focus on, being physically, mentally, and emotionally well are some of the foundational components that comprise healthy and well students.
