HCMBA Student Profile

The typical HCMBA student:

• Is between 25-40 years old
• Has a minimum of four years of full-time work experience, with at least some healthcare management experience required 
• Has completed an undergraduate degree from an accredited institution (while a business major is not a requirement, that will significantly reduce the number of program prerequisites)
• Earned an undergraduate grade point average of 3.0 or higher
• Scored 500 or higher on the GMAT (or equivalent GRE or board certification for M.D.s)
• Is a resident of the Middle Tennessee area (this is a face-to-face MBA learning environment for most of the learning assignments)
