Massey students work here, study here and generally stay here, contributing to the region's legacy as a mecca for business and strengthening the powerhouse Massey School alumni and professional network.

As a Massey student, you will join this network as you shape your future and the future of business. You will receive a practical and relevant graduate business education grounded in Christian values and shaped by real-world professional experience.

In tandem with your training in business and economic fundamentals, you will gain a solid framework for ethical decision-making that will prepare you as a principled business leader. In addition to the intellectual command, you will develop a personal foundation to act with competence, compassion and character in the organization where you work and in the community where you live.

You will benefit from lasting relationships with faculty, advisors and fellow students, and will have access to ongoing education opportunities and lifetime career counseling. The Massey School is fully accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB International).

The Curriculum

The Massey School curriculum provides challenging, practical and flexible graduate business education for working professionals. Learning incorporates a variety of teaching methods including lectures, case studies, individual inquiry, written reports, oral presentations and interactive computer simulations. These intellectual exercises are designed to stimulate critical thinking and creative problem-solving while encouraging strong communication skills and a solid framework for ethical business decision-making. Our emphasis on understanding group dynamics will develop your ability to think and work in collaboration with others and build your leadership capabilities. The curriculum is built on the themes of entrepreneurship, values-based leadership and ethical decision-making.

Our Center for Entrepreneurship and the Center for Business and Professional Ethics help shape the curriculum, serving as resources for faculty who seek to incorporate these qualities into their teaching. The centers' contributions extend beyond the school by providing outreach to small businesses seeking to build these attributes.
