A Message from the Dean

Thank you for you interest in The Jack C. Massey Graduate School of Business at Belmont University. Our founder, Jack C. Massey, believed that true business leaders are entrepreneurial thinkers, innovative problem-solvers and ethical decision-makers. It is our goal to help you develop these same qualities that Mr. Massey proved foster success in business.
As a student in the MBA program, you will have the choice to pursue a general management curriculum or to complete one of seven elective tracks - accounting, entrepreneurship, finance, general business, healthcare management, marketing or music business. Completion of the requirements for the Master of Accountancy (MACC) qualifies accounting graduates to take the CPA exam.
Applicants admitted to the Massey graduate programs are motivated and talented students with appropriate levels of work experience for the program to which they are admitted. The interaction between students and faculty with business experience provides a robust learning environment. The flexible curriculum includes many innovative features not typically found in MBA or MACC programs, including an international trip experience, a mix of 5-week and 10-week sessions and a core entrepreneurship course.
Students of The Massey School continuously praise our faculty for their caring, creative and competent instruction. The list of Massey faculty includes Fulbright Scholars, Baldridge Award judges and winners, business executives, and national and regional board members. They will challenge you in the classroom and instill in you a lifetime passion for inquiry. I hope you will consider the Massey MBA or MACC program at The Massey School. If you have any questions, please call 615-460-6480.
