The Scarlett Leadership Institute has partnered with Quadrant One Group to present a unique Six Sigma program featuring compressed classroom time and maximum one-on-one coaching time. The two Cross-Functional Analysis courses build upon Continuous Improvement Analysis, focusing on advanced topics including creating survey instruments to measure customer satisfaction, advanced statistical process control, measurement system evaluation, regression, normal theory, and most importantly Applied Cause and Effect Analysis (ACETM). This course is a must for change agents, process engineers, and managers of all kinds who want to dramatically improve the efficiency of their business.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Susan Jeffries is a 20+ year veteran of process improvement methodologies. Ms. Jeffries' strongest attribute is that she is a Six Sigma practitioner and brings overall business acumen to the classroom. She has completed 100+ Six Sigma projects in both service industries and manufacturing where 90% of the projects used Applied Cause and Effect Analysis (ACETM) and achieved breakthrough results in increasing revenue, reducing costs and improving customer and employee satisfaction. Her clients include BellSouth, NuVox Communications, Shop at Home TV Network, First Trust Bank, Jackson Madison County General Hospital, HCA, Vanderbilt Childrens Hospital, 101st Airborne, TRW, Centennial Hospital, and Army Corps of Engineers.
