Developing Corporate Leaders

Leadership development is the expansion of an individual's capacity to enable associates to work together in productive and forward thinking/meaningful ways. A Leadership Development Program promotes and strengthens leadership skills in the roles of manager, facilitator and communicator. Participants complete the program with a deeper understanding of themselves and how to more effectively relate to others in their careers and personal lives. An organization gains leaders more adept at building individual, departmental and company-wide effectiveness.

The Scarlett Leadership Institute offers a Leadership Development Program (LDP) that allows an opportunity for an organization to grow their own highly skilled and motivated leaders prepared to meet the challenges of the changing environment. By combining the expertise of our trainers with your organization's specific needs and job realities, the most beneficial courses for the growth of the employees and managers can be implemented efficiently.

The Scarlett Leadership Institute provides the faculty, resources and experience to evaluate and meet organizational and individual needs. We strive to maintain classes at an optimal size of 15-24 participants to promote a highly interactive and memorable learning experience. Participants can be awarded Continuing Education Units (CEU's) upon successful completion of the program. Our staff will work with you to develop a program specifically designed to meet the needs of your organization.
