Overview:  Belmont’s Next Generation Executive Leadership program equips high-potential executives to be ready-to-lead at the highest levels in complex, dynamic business environments. 
This fast-paced active learning experience features both nationally recognized thought-leaders and interaction with CEOs from top organizations.

• Pre-program assessment with individual development planning and coaching
• 3-day retreat plus eight monthly one-day experiential learning modules
