The Scarlett Leadership Institute has partnered with Developmentor to present a Business Analyst Certification Program, teaching Business Analyst principles and advanced techniques specific to software projects.  The program will focus on making Business Analyst's tech-savvy and strong communicators who can elicit and translate requirements between business stakeholders and software developers.  Additionally, the Business Analyst Certification Program will prepare program participants for the IIBATM certification examination.

Software is built by people, no matter what technology you use.  Successful projects that deliver on-spec, on-time and on-budget, have the right people with the right experience in the right roles.  Getting a software project from concept to deployment is an organization challenge, not a technical one.  Preparation and development of the people must be integrated into the project with the same care as the functional specification.  Yet, surprisingly few companies apply a similar discipline to the preparation of their people.  The Business Analyst Certification Program delivers results by bringing together people skills, technology and process.
