Faculty Spotlight

Mary Fink is a Senior Instructor and international trainer for the Scarlett Leadership Institute. Her subject expertise includes Continuous Quality Improvement, Team Building, Communication, Project Management, The Change Cycle, Time Management, Conflict Management, Coaching and Leadership.

Dr. Harry Hollis is the James M. Medlin Chair of Business Ethics, College of Business Administration, Belmont University. He serves as chairperson of the Belmont University Graduate Faculty.

Dr. Pat Raines is a professor of economics and Dean of the College of Business Administration at Belmont University. His teaching interests include economics, finance, and world economies.

Dr. Dayle Savage is a performance management consultant delivering tailored results to develop and improve a business' overall organizational effectiveness in the areas of human resources, leadership and organizational development.

Dr. Deborah Tobey is a successful human and organization performance consultant who has functioned in both internal and external roles for 20 years.

Dr. Susan Williams is a professor of management in the College of Business Administration. Her teaching interests include negotiation, decision making, continuous improvement, and strategic thinking.

Dr. Jeff Cornwall is a professor of entrepreneurship at the College of Business Administration at Belmont University. He teaches courses and consults in the areas of finance, ethics and entrepreneurship.

Joe Calloway is a business author, restaurant owner, and branding consultant. He is a guest lecturer at the College of Business Administration at Belmont University.

Joe Scarlett is the current Chairman of the board at Tractor Supply Company. In addition to those activities he is a guest lecturer at the College of Business Administration at Belmont University.

Dr. John Gonas is an assistant professor at the College of Business Administration at Belmont University. He teaches courses in finance and Investment Portfolio Management. His corporate experience includes working eight years with J.C. Bradford, Inc.

Dr. Marilyn Young is a professor at the College of Business Administration at Belmont University. She teaches in the areas of accounting, tax and public economics.
