CFP Registration
Program Structure
The Executive Certificate in Financial Planning is a sequential six-course certificate program that meets every Monday or Tuesday night. Students can expect to complete the program within 12 months. The next session begins Tuesday, September 30, 2008. Classes meet weekly from 5:00 - 8:35 p.m.
Admission Criteria
Participants in the certificate program must have a four-year degree or equivalent work experience. Any requests for exceptions to the above admissions requirements must be made in writing to the Program Administrator.

Enrollment Deposit and Tuition
Tuition for the six-course curriculum is $4,200, plus books and materials. The tuition is required prior to the first day of class.
Certificate
Upon successful completion of all required courses, participants will receive a certificate of completion from Belmont University. Belmont University is a registered program with CFP Board. Students who successfully complete the certificate program will be eligible to sit for the CFP(r) Certification Examination.
Program Instructors
Belmont University is proud to have assembled a team of outstanding instructors, in partnership with Kaplan Financial. All instructors in the Executive Certificate of Financial Planning program have either CFP(r) certification, professional designation or license. The instructors present the material in a manner that will allow students to utilize their time efficiently and effectively outside of the classroom.

A full refund is available only within the first week of class in accordance with Belmont University's refund policy. Refer to University catalog for all other refund details or contact Center staff. All requests for refund must be submitted in writing.
Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc. owns the marks CFP(r), CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER(tm), and CFP (with flame logo)(r) in the U.S., which it awards to individuals who successfully complete initial and ongoing certification requirements.
Belmont University does not certify individuals to use the CFP(r), CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER(tm), and the federally registered CFP (with flame logo)(r) certification marks. CFP certification is granted only by Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. to those persons who, in addition to completing an educational requirement such as this CFP-Board Registered Program, have met its ethics, experience and examination requirements.
