Overview
We will design an instructionally sound, best-in-class learning
experience, under the guidance of a group of Consortium Advisors,
comprised of a representative from each member company.
Over a twelve month period participants will meet monthly for
structured learning; to develop relationships with participants
from other Middle Tennessee companies; and to increase their depth
of understanding of their roles as leaders in their organizations
through out-of-class assignments.
