Business Student Advisory Board

The Business Student Advisory Board (SAB) is an on-campus organization made up of select undergraduate students in the College of Business Administration who demonstrate leadership potential and an interest in academic enrichment.  The Board meets twice monthly (10am on Mondays) and coordinates several events for students each semester.

As a Student Advisory Board Member, you would be able to develop your business skills and serve your peers, school and community in several ways:

  • Student Voice — The Student Advisory Board provides important feedback and hosts open-forums to discuss business student experiences and ideas for improvement.  Members have an annual lunch with the Dean of the College of Business Administration and Associate Dean of the Undergraduate School of Business Administration.
  • Community Service — Through the SAB, you can help organize and participate in various community service projects throughout the school year.
  • Networking and Development — Develop business skills and build relationships by planning and promoting events for students and networking with members and campus guests.  Members have the opportunity to participate in an exclusive networking program with young Belmont alums.

The Business Student Advisory Board will recruit new members annually at the start of the fall semester.  Interested undergraduate students in Belmont's College of Business Administration are encouraged to apply.  Applicants will be interviewed before new members are selected.
