August 24 - Living as a Muslim in America - Maha ElGenaidi founded the Islamic Networks Group (ING) in 1993 to counter prejudice against American Muslims and to build bridges among people of all backgrounds. She engages in speaking and training on a variety of issues, including Islamic faith and practice, interfaith issues, human rights, and bullying prevention. Her visit to Belmont is sponsored by the Rumi Club, a student organization where people of different cultures and traditions can come together and develop an understanding of each other by emphasizing similarities and common values. August 29 - Amy Grant: One Love - Amy has sold more than 30 million albums, won six Grammys and 25 Dove Awards, had 17 Top-40 songs as well as a string of Contemporary Christian hits.
