Forms:
At Belmont Central, you may pick up and/or return Change of Address/Phone/Email forms, Major/Minor forms, Letters of Good Standing, Verification of Enrollment forms, Applications for Graduation, and Official Withdrawal forms. You may also request a name change.
Registration:
Belmont Central can assist students with registration issues such as determining and explaining registration holds, taking payments to clear past due balances, and answering questions about the online registration process.
Transcripts:
Students may request a copy of their Belmont transcript at Belmont Central. The transcript request form is also available online . You may review/print an unofficial copy of your transcript through BannerWeb, accessible through your BIC account.
