Student Financial Services Functions
FAFSA and other Financial Aid Forms:
The following financial aid forms are available at Belmont Central: FAFSA, Church Matching Scholarship Form, Two Student and Southern Baptist Convention/Tennessee Baptist Convention Discount Form, Children of Alumni Scholarship Form, Promissory Notes, and Payment Authorization Form. The FAFSA may be downloaded and/or completed online, and the rest of these forms (plus many others!) are also available on our SFS website .
Financial Aid Information:
Belmont Central answers questions in regards to student financial aid awards.
Payments:
Student account payments are made at Belmont Central. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Payments may also be made online through your student's BIC account .
Tuition and Fees:
You can estimate your student's tuition and fees for the semester by printing a Cost Estimator Form ; choose the appropriate form for the term you wish to estimate from the main page of the Student Financial Services website.
Tuition Management Services (TMS):
Pick up a brochure about TMS , an interest-free monthly payment plan, at Belmont Central.
Registrar Functions
Letter of Good Standing/Verification of enrollment:
Belmont Central can provide a letter of good standing or verification of enrollment for insurance purposes, etc.

Fortis student health insurance brochures are available to students at Belmont Central.
