First-Year Writing
Writing is so important to us and to the entire Belmont curriculum that we require two classes focused on writing, one in the first year and another in the third year. First-Year Writing is designed to prepare you for the demands of college and help you write more effectively for various audiences and academic areas on campus. It is usually taken in the Fall of freshman year.
