Group Exercise

Fun and challenging workouts can be found in our spacious Group Fitness Room. Whether you seek to cycle indoors or take it up in a step class, Beaman’s comprehensive Group Exercise Schedule is a way to enjoy a great workout in a social setting.  With free classes like Yoga, 20/20/20, Pilates, Indoor Cycling, and Step Interval, you are sure to find something that you and your friends will enjoy together.  For your convenience, most classes take place early in the morning, during lunch, or in the evening after the workday.  All classes are free and open to the Belmont Community.

Tips for a Great Fitness Session

* Bring a water bottle and small towel
* For your safety, we ask that you do not enter a class 10 minutes after it has started
* Athletic shoes must be worn
* Please leave backpacks and bags in the cubby holes or lockers downstairs
* Wear comfortable clothing that allows your skin to breathe when you work up a sweat
* Indoor cycling classes must be signed up for in advance by calling the Access Control Desk at 460-6313 or in person. Please arrive early.
* HAVE FUN and BRING YOUR FRIENDS!
