Fall 2006 Cardio Extreme Video
The 2,226 square foot group fitness room offers, not only mirrored walls and a state of the art sound system and suspended flooring, but also a beautiful view of the eastern portion of Belmont's campus. This room is home to the Beaman Center's Group Fitness classes, classes for the Sport Science Department, and classes for Belmont's Dance Minor.
