Why did you choose Belmont?
I toured Belmont on March 13th, 2013, and I immediately knew it was my home. Belmont is the perfect combination of student-centeredness, community, and experiential learning, and I consider coming to Belmont the greatest decision I could've ever made for my life.

Why did you choose to be a Tour Guide?
My own tour experience was so integral to creating my conception of Belmont as home. Thus, it is my hope that by being a tour guide, I can share that same view of community connection to incoming students in order to make the college search process just a little less overwhelming.

What is your favorite on-campus event?
Life Under the Tower

What is your favorite movie?
The Princess Diaries

What is your favorite song & artist/band?
ALL things Disney Princess related.

What would you want to be your last meal on earth?
Chicken Parmesan from The Cheesecake Factory.

What is your favorite Nashville experience?
Swing dancing in Centennial Park on Saturday nights in the summer.

What is your dream career after graduating from Belmont?
A Disney Princess or Motivational Speaker.

What is your favorite class that you have taken at Belmont and why?
Interpersonal Communication because it changed the way I view my dyadic relationships with those closest to me, helped me better handle necessary confrontational moments, and connected me with a mentor, Dr. Mary Vaughn, who continues to inspire me personally and professionally.

If you could go back in time and give advice about college to 16-17 year old you, what would you say?
Priority number one, find a new home church.
Priority number 2, don't take yourself too seriously.
Priority 3, keep calm and call mom, then watch some Disney movies. Finally, not to spoil the ending for you but EVERYTHING is going to be okay. In fact, it will be better than okay. It will be a series of fortunate events all orchestrated by divine intervention.
