Banner® Self Service (i.e., BannerWeb)
How to Use Banner® Self Service
- Create a BIC account @ https://bic.belmont.edu (BIC FAQs are here).
- Log in to BIC using your account.
- Click the link for BannerWeb.
- Click the link for the appropriate menu (i.e., Student Services and Financial Aid, Faculty Services, Employee Services, Financial Services, Alumni Services or Advancement Officer)
Student Services and Financial Aid
If you are a currently enrolled student who doesn't have
access to the Student Services and Financial Aid menu, then contact
us.
Faculty Services
If you are a currently employed faculty or advisor who
doesn't have access to the Faculty Services menu, then
contact
us.
Employee Services
If you are a currently employed faculty or staff
member who doesn't have access to the Employee
Services menu, then
contact
us.
Financial Services
If you are a currently employed budget manager or assistant budget
manager who doesn't have access to the Financial Services
menu, then
contact
us.
Alumni Services
If you are a former student and/or supporter of Belmont who
doesn't have access to the Alumni Services menu, then
contact
us.
Advancement Officer
If you are a currently employed development
officer who doesn't have access to the Advancement
Officer menu, then
contact
us.
How to Get Access to Banner®
Self Service
Access to Banner Self Service is data-driven. This means
that if you are coded in Banner as a student, you'll see
the Student Services and Financial Aid menu; if you are coded as a
faculty or advisor, you'll see the Faculty Services menu;
if you are coded as an active employee, you'll see the
Employee Services menu; if you are coded as a budget manager or
assistant budget manager for your area, you'll see the
Financial Services menu; if you are coded as a graduate of Belmont
or a friend/donor of Belmont, you'll see the Alumni
Services menu; if you are coded as a development employee,
you'll see the Advancement Officer menu.
