Request Access to Banner



The process below enables you to request access to Banner® Forms and Banner® Xtender Solutions.  For information on accessing Banner Self Service go here.  

How to Request Access to Banner®

  1. If you haven't done so already, complete the FERPA tutorial with the HR department.
  2. Download the Banner Request for Access form.
  3. Complete the form.
  4. Email the completed Banner Request for Access form to Greg Bagwell.
  5. Greg will send your completed form to the appropriate security officer for approval.
  6. Upon approval, the account is created and your username and password is communicated via training.
