Request Access to Banner
The process below enables you to request access to Banner® Forms and Banner® Xtender Solutions. For information on accessing Banner Self Service go here.
How to Request Access to Banner®
- If you haven't done so already, complete the FERPA tutorial with the HR department.
- Download the Banner Request for Access form.
- Complete the form.
- Email the completed Banner Request for Access form to Greg Bagwell.
- Greg will send your completed form to the appropriate security officer for approval.
- Upon approval, the account is created and your username and password is communicated via training.
