Art Association provides students an opportunity to be exposed to art in on-campus and off-campus activities.

Belmont Copyright Society is dedicated to helping Belmont students progress intellectually by learning about and exploring issues concerning copyright law. BUCS is also committed to helping students build relationships that will benefit them in the future.

Belmont Literary Journal is a unique collection of writings, both prose and poetry, and art submitted by students from all disciplines on campus. An editorial board, composed of student volunteers, selects the pieces for the journal. The entire process, including producing the final literary journal itself, is student-based.

English Club provides service and leadership opportunities, social occasions, and cultural events that will advance the study of language and literature by encouraging a broad participation of all Belmont students interested in language and literature, regardless of their major or minor or academic standing.

The Entrepreneurship Club (E-Club) is dedicated to the promotion of entrepreneurship. Our goal is to provide members with hands-on experience and knowledge in this exciting field. We offer opportunities to participate in student-run businesses, to attend regional and national entrepreneurship conferences and events, and to interact with and learn from successful entrepreneurs in various professional areas.

French Club promotes understanding of and interest in the language and culture of the French-speaking world.


Health and Human Performance Club promotes wellness and fitness within the school, and actively supports all movements directed toward an improvement and elevation of the profession.

History Society exists to create a greater appreciation of the study of history, to provide a sense of community among the students of history, and to promote the knowledge of the practical and professional applications of history.

Italian Club provides academic and extracurricular activities that enhance the learning and proficiency of the Italian language to Belmont students.

James Madison Society promotes a greater appreciation of political science, and promotes the knowledge of the practical and professional applications of political science.

Journalism Club builds a community with those interested in journalism by networking with professionals in the field and by providing community service opportunities.

Mathematical Association of America stimulates interest in mathematics and mathematical applications among students, faculty, and staff.

Music Educators National Conference (MENC) is open to students interested in increasing interest, knowledge, and productivity in all areas of music education.

Pre-Law Society provided students wiht an organization to support and encourage interest in legal studies and careers.

Psychology Club promotes an understanding and appreciation of the field of psychology.

The Public Relations Student Society of America provides students the opportunity to learn more about public relations. We host convocations, network with PR professionals in the Nashville area, and discuss relevant issues that will help the students have a place to learn more about this profession.

Sociology Club is a social, professional, and service organization that allows students to share their interest in the study of society, culture, and contemporary social issues. Club events include a campus-wide film discussion series, guest speakers, community service and activism, and social events.The Sociology Club allows students to build meaningful relationships with one another and mentoring relationships with professors. You don't need to be a sociology major or minor to join--any interested students are welcome!

Social Work Club promotes activities appropriate to strengthening and unifying the social work profession as a whole, promotes the sound and continuous development of the various areas of social work practice and promotes efforts on behalf of human well-being by methods of professional action.

Spanish Club promotes understanding of and interest in the language and culture of the Spanish-speaking world through fellowship among Hispanic students.

Stammtisch educates and inspires in interested parties the language and culture of the German-speaking world.

Student Occupational Therapy Association promotes increased awareness of the profession and assists OT students in their development as young professionals by encouraging participation in research projects and working with legislators to impact health care at the local and national level. Membership is open to those enrolled in Belmont University's Master of Science in Occupational Therapy program.

Student Affiliates of the American Chemical Society was created to generate interest in the chemical sciences, to instill a professional pride in the chemical sciences, and to foster an awareness of the responsibilities and challenges of the modern chemist.

Student Nurses Association promotes the understanding and cooperation between the faculty and student body; and initiates, plans, and implements extracurricular activities which develop a sense of community responsibility of the individual student.

Student Tennessee Education Association provides education majors with opportunities to develop professional identities through contact with individuals and organizations that are involved in education and its related fields.
