Maren Bishop
As the Admissions Assistant for the School of Nursing, I support the undergraduate and graduate nursing programs with their admissions, recruiting and marketing endeavors. I help prospective Nursing students navigate the application process and provide assistance as they enroll at Belmont University. Some of my responsibilities include meeting with prospective students, working with our partnership institutions, and other enrollment-related services.
I came to Belmont University in August 2005 because I wanted to work at a university that is student-centered with outstanding academic programs. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications from Middle Tennessee State University, where I also studied marketing and political science. I truly enjoy working with the School of Nursing faculty and staff as we help our students become knowledgeable and caring nurses.
