Belmont School of Nursing Adjunct Clinical Record Requirements
In compliance with the Middle Tennessee Regional Placement Partnership guidelines, all of our adjunct clinical faculty are expected to meet the same mandatory requirements as our students in regard to clinical rotations, regardless of other full time work they may have at the facility at which they are teaching.
SON Clinical Records Deadline:
The deadline for submitting clinical record information to the Belmont University School of Nursing for teaching in Fall 2009 clinical rotations is September 15th, 2009 4pm CST.
- Follow the Clinical Records Checklist carefully when compiling your information. (Please hand in all documents together, in their entirety, on or before the deadline)
- The School of Nursing does not accept electronic health information via email, instead you may submit it by:
- Faxing it to 615-460-5644
- Dropping it by the office in person, suite 106, 1st floor IHSB
- Mailing it to: Heather Germain, Belmont University, IHSB - School of Nursing, 1900 Belmont Blvd., Nashville, TN 37212
